Document Intelligence connectivity probe

Verifies the default search endpoint has a documentIntelligenceEndpoint configured and that the configured credentials can reach the service. Required for OneDrive workspace indexing of non-plaintext files (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, images) — without it the indexer silently skips content extraction.
